If we made it a pain for you return a product you didn’t like, we aren’t fulfilling our mission statement. We are so confident in in our products and level of transparency that there is no reason for you to pay for something that doesn’t work for you. Who wants the added anxiety of strict return policies anyway?

If for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, we will give you 100% of your money back on any products, for any reason, within the first 90 days of purchase, no questions asked.

How to return

1. Go to the Contact Page on our website.

2. Send us a message including these 3 things in the body of your message:

    a) Type the phrase “Return Request”

    b) Reason for the return

    c) Order #

note: we cannot process your refund without these 3 pieces of information

3. Hit send, and we will respond with 2 business days.

4. Pack and ship your product to the address below:

You must pay for shipping, but we will refund this shipping charge in the refund of your product. Refunds can which can take 7-10 business days, to allow our bank to process your refund. 

Once we receive your package, we will begin the refund process.

Note: International shipments to our office can take up to 3 weeks depending on customs requirements, so bear with us!
