There are multiple ways to take CBD. CBD should be taken as part of your daily regimen. We recommend 1 dropper full (1.0 ml) once in the morning and once right before bed. For example, if you think you need more than our recommended amount, try 2.0 ml once in the morning and once right before bed. As we mentioned, CBD comes from the hemp plant’s flowers. We partnership with only certified hemp farmers in Colorado and Kentucky, growing only robust, organic, non-GMO, and pesticide free phytocannabinoid-rich hemp. We don’t use industrial hemp which is what is normally used to make clothing and other items.
