People are still skeptical on whether or not CBD can really help with anxiety. Are there even studies to prove that this is the case? Lucky for us, there are countless recent studies and studies that are going on as I write this which, in my scientific opinion, are pretty amazing. Now I am not saying CBD will cure anxiety, but we’re all about facts here at Nature’s Candy CBD. 

A study published in the Permanente Journal in 2019 reporting the following:

Of 72 adults, 47 that reported concerns of anxiety, and 25 whom reported poor sleep, after just 1 month of using CBD, 80% of those with anxiety said they noticed a decrease in anxiety that also remained decreased. 67% of those with sleep issues had improved sleep in the first month, but this fluctuated over time. All of 3 patients showed good tolerance of CBD.
